Irish Department of Foreign Affairs sends 44 million euro (per yr approx) to Uganda. Uganda spends 744 million dollars on Russian fighter jets.

    Here you go:
Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs & Trade Eamon Gilmore T.D.
    Department of Foreign Affairs
    80 St Stephen's Green,

To me, this represents the same problem that I have with many organised charities but on a larger scale. It's simply too easy to had over a sum of money and then believe that it will be spent in the act of helping other human beings when in reality, one really does not know where it goes.

Why not give Uganda surplus food and medical supplies if we really want to help out?
