Good patio cleaning service in Cork?

I have a large patio area that needs cleaning and I won't be in a position to do it myself. So, I'm looking for a good-quality, reliable and reasonably-priced service in the Cork area that might do the job for me this year. Might tag on the fascia and soffits as well. Can anyone recommend? Can anyone recommend? There's dozens of guys with power washers who'll do this and just blow the bejayzus out of slab joints, tear the paving itself and do a fairly uneven job. That's not what I'm looking for naturally!

Any guidance appreciated.
