    Hi folks,

Can anyone tell me will Dura-Ace 7900 calipers work fine with an Ultegra (6700 I think) set up ?? Have read a few things on-line suggesting I need the Dura-Ace levers as well....

I have a Ridley bike a few years now and I love it, but thinking of upgrading the brakes from the 4ZA single pivot jobbies to a dual pivot set up. Rest of groupset is Ultegra.

Would any of the Sram stuff be compatible ??

    Thanks very much.

Yes - 7900 calipers will work fine with the Ultegra 6700 levers and vice versa.
Being both Shimano they will work like they are supposed to. SRAM will work also, however not as well and some of the braking power may be lost (at least that's what the OEMs will say). Hope this helps.
