I haven't been training for looks but for strength. Look better after training for strength then when I did a bodybuilder split.

Im in the same boat,i was a soft 95 kg two months ago training bodyparts weekly now im focusing on benching three days per week and just touching other body parts,im still 95 kg and the belly is gone.

Oh zero wheat in the diet for the same period just increased fats so this might have contributed

Crucial to have multiple chest session per week in advance of the summer months.

My target for end of July was 95kg from 108kg or so at start of Jan. Hit that and seem to bounce between 94-96 at the moment. Still losing bodyfat although I don't know what it is but waist is getting smaller all the time.

So target hit, not paying much attention now to scales but monitoring. Bodyfat and strength targets from now on.

As we're posting targets, might as well post up the next ones for Dec 12,
Targets: Body fat around 12%, Deadlift 190kg, Back Sqaut 150kg, Front Squat 120kg, Clean 100kg, 10 x dead hang pull ups, really focus on core - stomach / lower back strength as that's what's holding the lifts back.
Current: Body fat around 18%? Deadlift 160kg, Back Squat 125kg, Front Squat 95kg, Clean 80kg, 3 x dead hang pull ups

Right so - thats official now, it's in writing.

i was in the best shape of my life just after Easter. (well, since 2009 anyway)

all my lifts were up, body fat down, had beaten everyone on a fitness test with the local gaa team

since then matches and work have interrupted my training schedule
and injuries got in those games
    and now the hard ground
    and also the lovely evenings
    and the socialising at weekends
