Looking for an Artist - Concept Art

Folks,

Not sure if i'm in the right place or not, but thought I might as well give this a whirl. I am currently working on a project that is quickly coming together, however we are lacking one thing, or rather... person... and that is a graphic artist, one that specializes in concept art.

The prerequisites for this are:

Ability to visualize and add onto existing ideas
Ability to sketch and finalize concept art
Ability to work as part of a team

Good knowledge of Photoshop (or equivalent software) in order to finalize art work.

Note:

Although this may seem like a job advertisement, it is not. This is currently a project that a number of people are working on in their free time, and due to the lacking skill within the group in terms of my request I am looking for outside help.

I am willing to offer monetary awards, after reviewing a portfolio or sample work (this is not big business, and you will need to have a passion for it, if you dont, then this is not for you).

Also, I will want to meet the person who is interested in this project, as we will be meeting face to face on a more frequent basis.

This add is limited to Dublin folks only, that doesnt mean you need to be born and bred here, but it does mean it should be easy enough for you to get into Dublin to meet when the requirement is there and when you are free to do so.
