Hiya, this is a unusual query. Myself and boyfriend are looking into buying a site. A particular site we are looking at, has full PP for 3 houses to be built on the site. We obviously wouldnt want 3 houses but would be looking for 1 house and a garage. Would this be a big issue to get changed?? cant find the info anywhere on the net. Thanks a mill in advance!

This would not be particularly unusual or in general too difficult. It will depend on a number of factors such as whether its urban or rural site, The zoning of the site, and whether the planning is still in place (when it will expire).
You may be able be to speak to the local planner and if not get specific advice from a planning consultant.

Yes, type in a search for a local planning consultant or architect. Or contact your local planner for there opinion ( but IMO get one of the above to do that for you)
