    Dependingo n the authority and your circumstances they'll issue a full reassessment form every two years (or every year), every other year you get this minimal form. Reduces workload for the authorities and for you, probably have to do a full reassessment next year.

    Precisely what Tree said. I wasn't sure, as I've had changes of circumstances in both the last two years so I didn't get anything nice and simple then, but got the lovely plain renewal this year. Called to confirm they don't need anything else, but they said just fill it and include proof of results and all will be well. As Tree said, it saves them a massive amount of work once your circumstances are the same.
