Hi, for the last few years I've been working on bi-ceps one day and tri-ceps the next... in order words not doing workouts that focus on both on the same day...

A personal trainer told me this about 5 years ago, however I am now starting to think it is a good idea to work both the same day then rest the arms for the next two days, while working on something else...

What are your opinions on all of the above, thanks in advance

Well i do tris on chest day and bis on back day so i don't pair them together but alot of people do an arm day and pair them.

It really doesn't matter imo, whatever suits you.

What's your entire week? I assume you don't only train your arms.

No, I train 5 times a week focusing on a different area each time, however I tend to work my arms everyday swapping between bi-ceps and tri-ceps
