Advanced Systemcare - Registry fix

Hi, anyone familiar with this program for sweeping your computer?

I'm running this for the first time on a new laptop and I'm a bit confused as to what to do now that the scan has finished. The malware, junkfiles, privacy & shortcut fix sections seem pretty straight forward but in the registry fix where it has found 478 problems i am a bit confused by the following message:
The following registry entries are invalid or unneeded. Tip: Damage Level indicates the possible harm done to your computer when you delete the registry keys ticked. Please check the items ranked as high before deleting them.
Quite a lot of the registry entries it has picked out are marked as high risk, and they are ticked for deletion. If I had of just clicked 'fix now' instead of digging down into the details then it would have just deleted them I presume.

So the question is how dangerous is it for me to just go ahead and delete these? It's recommending that I check them first but tbh I wouldn't even know what I'm looking at. I want to get this sorted on first use of the program so i know how to move on with it. I would much prefer to keep it simple and just click the 'fix now' option, i just want to make sure I won't be doing any damage.

Is this the program part of the iobit toolbox? Use Ccleaners registry cleaner instead, it'll let you know if you can delete them.

Well IObit make it I think, their name is listed on the properties at least. It was gonna come free bundled with a mozilla download, so i googled it and saw it on youtube and other reviews and most comments were positive so I downloaded it from Cnet.

I just want to keep it simple and start as I mean to go on. Just running the scans and clicking the fix button would be ideal, why does it even bother suggest deleting them if it were such a high risk?

if i'm not mistaken they are Windows Diagnostic files, if it was my PC i wouldn't delete anything that's part of Windows. You might get errors later on whilst using your PC if these files are gone.

    Edit:
If you going to delete them at least back up your Registry first.

I use a tool call JV16 powertools and I let it do it's thing on default settings and have never had an issue with anything. I delete whatever errors it comes up with, I've run it every month or so on my last PC (Windows 7 64bit)and always get the registry back to 100% with no errrors.
Fantastic tool for other things as well.

Like yourself I like to keep it simple especially for registry cleanup and only use http://download.cnet.com/Glary-Utilities/3000-2094_4-10508531.html?tag=mncol;1 which I think is brilliant

and ccleaner and have never had any problems.
