How much muscle gain is realastic for someone in my position in an 8 week period?

    -Male
    -29
-6"2 -estimate about 145lbs (very skinny) -former office worker, non gym user -relatively fit (jog twice weekly, 5aside twice weekly) If I was to dedicate myself for an 8 week period to a weights regieme, vastly improved high protein diet, much higher quantity of food, creatine and protein bars from an educated guess how much muscle do you think I could gain if I do things right? I will also probably put on about 10-14lbs of fat as it wouldn't hurt. Size, without flab, is the aim of the game.

As I am starting fresh I assume I can get bigger than the monthly averages I have seen mentioned online and my genetics point to a muscular build.

    Thanks for any advice.

Hard to say. Why not just try it and find out?

    Why 8 weeks?

I have 8 weeks off until the holiday and back to work so I am looking to get the maximum gain out of my time and maintain it afterwards. Will give it a go. Was looking for a bit of a target to aim for.
