Find when a file was created

    is there some way to find out when a word processing file was created on vista. Seem to remember there being a way to get a list from the command dos window. used to be able to do it on a floppy when you could get a directory list

    Right click, and go to properties?

    If you view by details (in folder settings) you should be able to add the "date created" column.

    Right click the headings at the top (the name/type/date/etc) and you should be able to add in "Date Created".
