    Hi all,

Just looking for a bit of advice. Had a baby 3 weeks ago and luckily am back down to my pre baby weight but my belly is jelly!!!!

What can I do to get some sort of tightness back to it? I cycle 30-40 mins on stationary bike every day and fit a walk in every second day. I don't want to lose weight, I'm 5'8 and 118 lbs but any help appreciated!

Btw I think my diet is fairly ok, I aim to get 100g of protein per day and have cut out 90% of the crap! I eat Loadsa veg too!

Give it time. Unfortunately jelly belly is part and parcel of having just had a kid. It sounds like you are in great shape otherwise, so try not to stress. Your shape is normal for where you are at, and it will improve. It took 9 months for your skin and muscles to stretch, they wont necessarily ping back in a matter of weeks (no matter how celebs look in magazines just after childbirth).
