Hope to see a good turnout for our great 10k tomorrow, and hopefully the clouds that are promised will blow out to sea :rolleyes:.
For the first 5 years of our race, I think it has rained on 4 of them, but it hasn't dampened the spirits and enthusiasm of the participants.

The course is fast with Paul McNamara holding the course record of 32:31, although Matt Bidwell came within 10secs of it last year with a pb of 32:41.

We will have heaps of refreshments at the school afterwards to look forward to, and maybe you can also take a dip into the lake to cool down from the sunshine

We will be taking entries from 5pm right up until before the start at 7pm. Remember to bring the kids along for their 600m fun run from the school down to the Annaghdown pier.

Great race, excellent spread after. Pretty humid but it stayed dry.

Keep an eye on GCH, Craughwell and Athenry websites for results. Probably GCH mainly because the organizer Paul is a GCH member. Great race again - fast course if you'er up for it.

Just wondering why the Male Vet categories go up in 40, 50 60 while the womens are 35, 45,55?
