Pullovers

Just watched the hodge twins video and they did pullovers as a back workout. I was always under the assumption that it was a chest exercise and it seems to be a hot topic in the comments on the video.

Some say its a chest exercise, some say its chest and lats, others say chest and triceps, others again just lats. Some say its a myth that it works the chest.

I currently do it on chest day as I thought it was more so a chest exercise, but what do you all think ? Should I be moving it to back day ?

What have I just watched?? Anyway pullovers can hit lats only if you get the technique right, arms straight and elbows out. To get the technique right stand infront of a lat pulldown and do it till you workout which way makes it hit lats only.

Anytime I've used pullovers I've been aiming to work the serratus. Good technique and breath control allowed me to feel like I was hitting them anyways. I know there's a lot of debate about it from a kinesiology point of view but I'd be of the opinion that if positioned just right you can work the serratus.
