30kw stove

    so i have a 30 kw boru stove ,got put in end of october ,worked brillant for about 3 wks ,after that the rads were not gettin hot etc ,the plumber has been out 10 times and is baffled ,he thinks it is the stove ,he is a good plumber and i have talked to people he did the same work for and no probs,he wanted boru to come out and meet him at my house ,there lad said he doesnt know whats wrong with it and no point callin out because he will have to charge me ,so i rang the office girl was nice as pie she would get the engineer to ring me etc ,nothing for the last 3 weeks ,they defriended me on facebook too....i dont know why i never posted anything on there page,so im thinkin of gettin an independent to come out i think its my only option ,,,,,has anyone else had problems with the carraig mor or boru:mad:

    Is there a warranty on the stove?
    Afraid I dont know an awful lot about them as am only new to stove ownership myself but something tells me if it was working great for 3 weeks and your plumber is reputable it could indeed be the stove itself

    Keep ringing the manufacturer, if no joy maybe consider getting another plumber and see if he has the same opinion.

    If it was me and it wasnt working i would be checking stove for blockage or any sign that the stove is heating the expanison tank or pumping over etc.

    warranty is up end of july ,had it sitting in the hall for a few mths before installation ,so have to get it sorted

    A stove is as simple as a boiler box with a flow and return, so the biggest problem it can give is if it springs a leak or gets blocked in some water conditions. Is the pipework 1"? Even if it isn't, it shouldn't be blocked in a mere 3 weeks.

    pipework is one inch and i understand its a box with a boiler so what could go wrong with it . i have a independent comin tomorrow see what he thinks :)

    HE WAS BAFFLED ,HE DIDNT COME UP WITH ANYTHING DIFFERENT ,BETWEEN BORU AND MY PLUMBER NOW
