    Anyone read any good books on this? Keep meaning to watch 'VAnishing of the Bees' but would love to pick up a book on it too.

    I read somewhere that the case was somewhat overstated, or that, if it was initially serious, that numbers are rising. Not sure how true that is though.

    not strictly what you asked for but Generation A by Douglas Coupland is a novel set in a near future where bees have become extinct. The bee extinction is more of a jumping off point for the plot that the main thrust of it, but it sets an interesting and mildly-apocalyptic backdrop to the story. Like a What If?... version of events.
