As ever, a US Dem politician is an icon of freedom and perfection, and anyone with a "connection" to the old sod is wonderful. Is the whole programme going to be so craven, so goddamn servile?

I watching it now and I don't find it to be ''so craven, so goddamn servile''.

I find the programme really good to watch about the lead up to the Moneygall visit. This programme was on before some months ago; it is no surprise that it will get a huge viewership once again. The personal side to the visit in Henry's personal perspective makes it a good catalyst to see it.

The granny is a great woman, some character. I'd go for a pint in her pub if passing through

    That;s what I was thinking.

    I enjoyed the programme.

I watched this tonight until Vincent Brown started over on TV3.

I lost count of how many times I heard that bloody awful shíte from the Corrigan Brothers during the time I had it on.

That song spoiled what might have been an otherwise enjoyable documentary.

Just watched it there. Brilliant documentary! Loved it!

Fair play to the people involved, some great characters!

I have it recorded so please don't spoil the ending. I can't wait to find out if they get Obama over in the end or not.

He gets to Dublin but then he's stopped by the secret service before he gets to Moneygall. CTU uncover intelligence that the granny is actually a plant by a rogue islamic faction intent on killing the present. Agents on the ground are all busy shagging local young ones so Jack Bauer is called back into service to flush her out. It's continued next week...

I reckon they just got confused when they heard her say she was getting a dart out to Kilbarrack. ;)
