    Cycling Ireland announces the SUBWAY Sprocket Rocket family cycling festival, to launch Bike Week on the 16th June. Cycling fun guaranteed for all ages, from small toddlers to grown up kids, with four sprocket rocket skills zones, grass track racing, strider bike zone, a gearing up zone (for the more skilled of you), and RampRage urban BMX crew who will be conducting BMX workshops between performances! Entry is free... just bring your bike!!!!

    Sprocket Rocket is a foundation Cycling Skills Programme which focuses on delivery to youths aged 7 to 11 years old but can actually be delivered to anyone of any age. The Sprocket Rocket Programme was originally developed by BMX Australia and has been modified by Cycling Ireland to suit the Irish environment.SUBWAY® Sprocket Rocket Programme is aimed at developing basic skills required to ride a bike. The programme requires riders to complete skill tests at three levels of difficulty for each basic skill.

    CI have a program aimed at young kids. last year we put 2000 thru it. The family day was also very successful. He is info anbout this years family day
