just wondering if i should buy off plan, really hate it if the developer goes bust after only completing half of the estate

To me - they're a little bit in the middle of nowhere-come out to Lucan and take a look!
At those prices, you can get a 3 bed semi in many established estates in Lucan-much closer to shops/schools and amenities.
Just my opinion
