Marathon training advice needed

    Hi am on week 6 of Hal higdon 30 week plan for Dublin. Midweek runs Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday....should I try to run these fast or steady ? At present they are quite short 2/3m and doing 5 at the weekend....first 12 weeks are about getting legs (and head!) used to regular running. Ran race series half in Sept last year but running patchy up until a few weeks ago...think I should be pushing at least one if the mid weeks as I am seriously slow...10min mile slow....advice very welcome!! ðŸ႒
