Training muay thai looking do Boxing privates

    I train Muay thai and looking to sharpen up me hands

    Anyone recommend trainer that does privates

    Im livin in blanch so somewhere not to far from there

    would you not just go down to your local boxing club, it would be a lot cheaper..

    The speedwork and the combos from boxing would be very useful I'd imagine but the sideways stance would result in leg-rape, also the ducking/evasive head movement leave you open to knees to the face.

    I have the utmost respect for boxing but the bouncy movement just doesn't really cross over into Thai IMO

    Sorry read the thread wrong taught it was thai private lessons.

    Try paschal collins gym in corduff shopping centre,great gym 5er a sesh bags weights etc.got to see carl frampton spar steven ormond last week,quality.

    A bit of boxing do you no harm once the trainer doesnt not try change to much,stance etc.paschal done a good bit of work with one of my fighters,brang her hands on a lot ,increasesd power hand speed etc and how to sit down on punches like a pro boxer.

    Not sure to be honest,we were just lucky.but drop in for a session have a chat with paschal,theres all levels operating out there from white collar to pro,ye even see steve in now and again.good atmosphere you learn from just watching.
