Off the bike training

    So I'm without a bike for a fortnight and wondering do you have tips for maintaining fitness?

    I'm thinking of going for a run for 30/60 mins a day, and hopefully do some hill climbing.

    I was doing 250-300km a week and hope I don't notice a drop in fitness when I return.
