Anybody had any experience with the Charge Plug? Preferably the freestyler.

I've been offered one by a friend for a decent price, but I'm afraid the steel frame might be too heavy as opposed to the alloy road bike I just sold.

I've been using one for the last few years. If a bikes weight is important to you probably not for you as there not the lightest of bikes. That has never been an issue for me. There fairly bomb proof and a fantastic day to day bike.

I've had one for a couple of years. It's a great commuter and very solid. I like the feel of the Steel Frame. I find it very comfortable and it's taken lots of knocks, two crashes and endless potholes without complaint.

Mine has bullhorns which I thought were cool when I got it, but just annoy me now.

Compared to my proper bike it's pretty heavy. I've taken it on short Club Spins and didn't have any problems but I wouldn't be heading anywhere too hilly.
