I've recently become an angry person. Something really unfair and awful happened in my life which has put me in an impossible situation for the rest of my life. And there is really nothing I can do about it. i have spent the past 9 months or so being extremely angry and it's ripping me up on the inside... I'm hardly myself anymore.
the situation which occured is going to affect me hugely for the rest of my life..
i hate the anger but i can't get rid of it.

If you are not terminally ill, no situation is impossible. difficult maybe not impossible, anger is an emotion and you have it for reason, if you need to release it do so in a healthy manor. excersie, vit b6 and treating yourself well, will help, and I wish you the best.
