Android tablet for 7 year old

    Am looking to get a fairly inexpensive Android tablet for my sons 7th birthday. He is aleady adept at playing around with my SGS2.
    Preference is for 10" screen and ICS. Must have hdmi output.
    Anyone got any suggestions? Price to be €250 or less. Seen lots on ebay.
