Forcing a farmer to go through on-farm slaughter like that is terrible:(

@pudsey. I would say the vast majority of farmers remove silage wrap without gloves. whats the problem?

Rats and bird sh##e, I would consider it very dangerous personally I always put on gloves handling plastic, rats tend to use cover when ever possible. Cut on hand and bye bye. I know you might think the odd's are long but it one of those thing's we should be careful about. Also if you may not have a chance to wash your hand's for a while. As well as that dermitis is an off chance on the long term.

Had to hassle my young fella a lot to get into the habit.

Yeah, I wasn't prepared for all I saw on that video. I know I wouldn't have held up as well in the same circumstances.

:(:( that was a terribly sad video. I like the point about asking people against badger culling if the are happy for cattle to be "murdered" instead.

Unfortunately it's not something that's isolated. I've another article about a UK farmer I'll post up later on, don't have the link directly to hand.
