    HI all,
my situation is that I have an hons degree in communications (1:1) and have over 7 years retail management experience from time spent in two of the largest fashion stores in dublin. About 3 years ago I left the retail sector to start a family and took up work as a Montessori teacher (Certificate achieved at night) part time. Now I am working 4 half days and 1 full day a week, but money is extremely tight as montessori teachers are paid really poorly considering the work that we do, its approximately 11-12euro and hour. I am really keen to get back to earning a half decent wage but would still like to have time to spend with my two babies. Is there any advice that anyone could give with regard to what direction I could go in work wise? I dont really mind what sector it is in but I do have very good communication and management skills and work great with both colleagues and the public. I am getting really down about this at the min and would love anyone to advise me on where to go for advice or even suggestions on what type of jobs may be available to me given my situation? Its not that I dont like my current job at all, its just that it doesnt pay enough and there are no prospects of improvement.. it is also very disheartening that someone with very little experience and no third level education can come into where I work and nearly be earning the same hourly rate as I am.
anyway, apologies if its a bit of a rant but any advice would be welcomed.
    Thanks
