Hi all,

Anyone on here doing the Big Red Bike Ride from Mizen to Malin in June. I have not participated in anything like this before and my main concern is what pace will be expected. I am a returning cyclist, having not done much for many years. I am training for it as much as time allows and reckon I can make the distances ok, but will not be going at any great pace. I am hoping that there are others in the same situation and looking at this as a nice cycle up the west coast and not speed test. I don't want to be holding up the whole event. ::rolleyes:
