Intermittent Fasting Question

    I currently do a 16:8 IF, with my last meal being around 9pm

    I usually work out at 7am and before working out i drink a coffee with milk in it, take BCAAs, have Wheatgrass powder in water.
    After my workout i have my protein shake and another BCAA capsual.

    My first meal of the day would then be around the 1pm mark.
    My question is am I breaking my fast by doing this?

    Anything over 50 kcals is supposed to break your fast. Why not keep taking BCAA every 1-2 hours until your first meal?
