Wider Condoms

    Hey folks,

I know this may sound trivial to many, but I'm a young lad and I have a wider penis. First off I was told that Durex pleasuremax were slightly larger but even still its a struggle to get on and then it feels tight, snaps off during sex. To be honest it's really getting me down and I feel like a dope. From what I can figure out it's incredibly hard to get larger condoms in store in Ireland, plus I'd prefer to buy online because I've already been incredibly embarrassed in a pharmacy and once is enough. I've also read that Durex XL is pretty much the same width as a regular condom. So I guess I have two questions, for a wider (not longer, I'm average in length) penis, what's a good brand to get? And secondly, is there anywhere I can order online that I can use laser on and preferably Irish? Not a hope I could use my folks card for this.

    Thanks in advance

I have a friend who has the same problem and he uses the Pasante Large Condoms. They're available from lovehoney.co.uk. Obviously it's a UK site so you won't be able to use laser but you could get a 3V Visa card so you wouldn't have to use your parents' cards :)

rather then a chemist sam mc cauleys/boots tend to be a little less personal, condoms are usually not behind the counters there so you can browse without much contact with staff if that helps!

i think most condoms are something like 56mm width,

there is a durex brand that are 58mm but i cant remember the name, it might be featherlight or tingle or one of those, usually i just check the back of the boxes they tell you there,

as for the XL ones they are definitely wider and longer then the usual ones so you should try them and see.

As far as I know Magnum XL are the widest on the market.

I know pretty much how you feel and I'm in the same boat. Previously I've used Passante King Size XL, which was bought through kinky.ie. They accept laser card, deliver in 5 days and use discrete packages.

Thanks for all the replies, really helpful. Surprisingly, Boots had no larger condoms, I asked if they're ever in stock and the reply was no.

Thanks a million, I'll give that a look.

I have a similar problem. Getting proper fitting condoms is a pain. Most places just stock the usual Durex/Mates 56mm or smaller ones. The Durex XL aren't really XL as they're only 57mm. The Durex XXL are similarly just very long. The Passante King Size are 60mm but I haven't seen them in Ireland and normally pick up a few boxes when I'm on business in the UK. Superdrug stock them but they've only one Irish store. If there's a Boots near you they're currently stocking Mates Skyn Large. They're a fairly decent size.

Just to update in case anyone else has a similar problem and needs advice. Unfortunately, that kinky.ie website no longer accept laser card. I found playblue.ie and they do pasante large and king size. Bought one of each to see which fits best. Bit more expensive but they accept laser so I'm not arguing.

    Thanks again lads and ladettes

Glad your issue has been resolved, OP.

    I'll lock this thread.

    All the very best.
