Lose weight and tone up

    Im 20, male about 5'10 and 150lbs. what would be the best routine to build to loose some weight(im currently not overweight but would like to lose some) and build some muscle, just to be toned and defined, not looking into becoming huge or anything.
    thinking a mixture between weights and swimming for cardio?

    You are quite light, might be best to add muscle first then cut body fat to get that toned looks. Not much room for for you to get much lighter.
