Where to buy new RAM for a laptop

I've looked at Komplette.ie and shop4memory.ie after I'd searched other sites through google.
The ones mentioned are on about €35 for a 2gb Dimm, some of the other ones are more like $25 for 4gb Dimm.
Just not sure if these 'too cheap to seem real' sites can be trusted. Anyone buy any decent quality laptop ram for cheap and got it delivered as promised?

You can get 2gb for €16 here. Make sure you're looking at the right type, i.e. ddr3/ddr2 or whatever type your system uses, the price difference could be due to a difference in that too. Or in quality, but in general 2gb is 2gb really.

edit: hang on you're looking for laptop RAM - that's sodimm, not dimm
