Dye a dress??

Hi, can anyone recommend anywhere that will dye a dress?? I've tried one of the dyes from hickeys which was not successful, however I'm thinking somewhere a bit more professional might be able to do it. Any advice??

Try asking in a dry cleaners or tailor shop.
