Guitar jack/pedal issue

    Hi guys,

I recently bought a small jack that has two heads and a bit of metal inbetween, it looked like this:

    http://www.thomann.de/ie/thomann_adapter_bodeneffekte_gerade.htm

I was using it on carpet and the connections on the jack itself became loose. Now the head of the jack (the bulbous bit) is still inside the pedal while the rest has come out. I can't figure out how to get the head out and with it in there, it's pretty much rendering the pedal useless.

    Any suggestions?

Open the fella up and push the jack out of the jack input!

Found that jack useless, as when you stomp down on the pedal, the connection in the pedal next to it gets lost. Went back to the jack cables.
