Vertical radiators v. fan assisted under cabinets

Folks, Am redoing kitchen and need to remove a standard horizontal rad in order to get more cabinets etc in along that wall. Kitchen is 4.2 m x 3.4 m. Any feelings about this new (?) type of rad that is fan assisted and goes under cabinets ? Or vertical rads ? Can verticals be got as narrow as 30 cm and still be effective…
