Hi all i'll keep it short and sweet

    2000 i started in company A
    2009 i finished in company A
    2009 i joined Company B
    2012 i finished in company B
    2012 i joined company C

now all these companies have exact same directors , company A owed alot of money so company B was set up so we could still operate and not be closed down , now company B hasnt much work so the directors opened a completely diff company ( A/B were in construction industry ) company C is in the fitness industry , they wanted to see if this company would do some business

Now i know these lads well , but i want to know the status re redundancy , they said it is carried over into different business once it has the same owners ( which it has ) cause to be honest id prefer to have the cash in my account etc , am i entitled to it even tho im still employed by them all be it in a diff job ?

where could i contact regarding this

No, in the circumstances you describe it's very unlikely you are entitled to redundancy.

if you are being made redundant from company C now I believe you would have 12 years service.
The operating name has changed but it has remained the same company

If you are looking for redundancy for each time the company changed name ,then you would not be entitled to redundancy.
