my sky+ box died and i bought a 2nd hand sky hd box. rang sky to pair card. had to run an update and then they paired the card. didnt check before but i now have itv2,3 and 4 and itv1hd on my irish card!!! are they here to stay because they are not on my older box in the bedroom???? Happy but wondering are they here to…

Interesting. They do actually "clear" on an active Sky ROI card with a HD sub (proven by putting the card in certain non-Sky boxes).

I'd say something similar to the 'Card Trick' has happened and I'm willing to bet that the first reboot of the box will remove them.
