Hi,

The current house is 1400 sq ft and the garage coversion and extension would total approx. 400 sq feet. Maybe an attic conversation depedning on the price.

Excluding fixtures and fittings, what would be the rough cost to do this?

Also can anyone recommend some good builders, if so could you please PM them to me.
