van breakdown cover for europe

Hi Myself and my girlfriend will be travelling europe in a 2004 renault trafic van. its not a camper, its just a weekend van but it is classed as a commercial. the trip could be over 30 days. anybody know of a company which will cover the van for breakdown assist? Thanks
