Refunding deposit

Hi, I paid a deposit when I signed up to eircom just over a year ago. It was to be refunded at one year later. This has not happened. Can this be refunded? Audioslaven

Hi Audioslaven,

Deposits are returned automatically 12 months and 15 days after the initial bill, as long as the payments withing that period have been on time. This would be 1 year from the due date of the first bill. If you PM me with the account number I can check the account and let you know what's happening with it.
