Liam Brady, Michel Platini, Roberto Baggio and Del Piero. Who is a fitting talent to wear the 10 next season? Not Giovinco, not van Persie. Is there anyone iconic enough in the game?

Matri could wear it if he wanted I suppose.

Dear lord, no. No no no. I understand Pogba is nearly agreed. Could he fill the shirt?

Giovinco should never be allowed to wear a Juventus jersey again, let alone the no. 10.

    An icon.

    A legend.

    He is Heskey.

Let's hope whoever gets it makes more of an impact than the man who got Nedved's no. 11.

    Van Persie

Ganso? Or is he heading to Milan at some point.

Maybe Hulk? Although his contract his many years to run, so would be pretty expensive.

If the OP is looking for a Craque player (proper no.10) than Ganso or as I mentioned above, Jovetic is perfect.

    Hulk is a wing forward.

Presumably Hulk could offer Juventus more flexibility than Ganso, as he can play both wing forward and conventional forward roles.

All depends on what Conte wants/needs I guess. Has he made any public comments on the type of attacking player he is looking to replace Del Piero with?

What is Jovetic's situation with Fiorentina. Is he looking to move?

Watched a lot of Porto last season, and all his best work came down the right side. Him and Falcao interchanged positions a lot though, so if he were to play anywhere else, it'd be to lead the line playing as the main ST.

For myself at least, when I think of the no.10 role I think of the likes of Del Piero. Jovetic and Ganso are of that type of player too. Kagawa too. Actually Juve should have gone for Kagawa now I think about it. More than likely off to United unfortunately.

No idea. But I reckon he'll want out now surely, he'll be going nowhere with them for the foreseeable future.

Is Giovinco even with them any more?

He's at Parma, co-owned by Juve. I'd say Parma will sign him outright this summer.

I can't see why many of the players mentioned would choose Juve at present. One Serie A does not a Champions League competitor make.

Juventus are Juventus, they are a massive club with a lot of money, almost any player in the world would be more than happy to play for them.

Yeah I can see why Jovetic would stay at Fiorentina alright.

The best players (which most of the players mentioned were) will have other more attractive options. Fiorentina are not one of said options.
