    Just wondering has anyone got any experience, good or bad of this garage?

    I need to get my car booked in somewhere in Galway sooner rather than later, but not being from Galway I have no idea what garages are good or bad. I've seen one or two very positive reviews and the list of services on their website looks impressive.

    If this garage are not competant, could someone please advise me on somewhere else in Galway?

    I know what's wrong with my car, but I don't have the mechanical ability to fix it, so I want somewhere that is honest and as cheap as possible needless to say.

    Are these the folks in Doughiska across from the NCT?

    They did some small jobs for me when I lived in Galway, like yourself had no idea about who was good or bad, they only fitted a battery for me (also installed proper terminal clamps as the ones on the car were too big iirc) and the other time I asked them to remove alloy locking wheel nuts for me (key was rounded, effectively useless), I found them very decent and reasonable pricewise, would have happily gone to them for more complicated jobs too, very well kitted out premises and friendly staff.

    @RJ, yes they're out in Doughiska. Thanks for your advice, if they're good enough for you then they must be doing something right:)!
