    I just came hear to ask as there would be a few poeple from cork here who might be able to help. also someone might know whats hapening.
    I have been doing alot of road running over the last few weeks. I have always went for a run nearly 5 days a week since i can remember but this year i started to feel a sharp pain in my knee behind the petella it comes and goes , so i am looking to see if anyone knows where a good sports clinic is around cork, also my IT band has started to tighten up. any thoughts on this would help as well

    would medical advice count as what it could be maybe if sombody has had somthing like this happen to them could pm me or for a good clinic that would be able to help and would deal with running injuries

    Mod:Injuries can be the same but the root or cause can stem from a number of things therefore you cannot diagnoze accurately over the net and as such can cause more harm than good

    However people are free to give you reccomendations of physios or clinics to go to

    so if anyone knows of a good sports clinic where they deal wth running injuries would help thanks
