usd account - have you got one?

I've got one with PTSB but they can't make bank wires from the account. Only bank drafts, which are pretty useless to me, so I've been looking for some other bank. Lloyd's Offshore look good but they're slow. I might die before they actually get around to opening an account. Where can I go with my USD...Bertie are you out…

Investec Ireland also offer retail USD accounts. Account opening is simple.

TD Ameritrade offer USD accounts to non residents.
