Hi, if i am on Illness benefit when I start VTOS and become fit for work during the course does that mean I will recieve no payment? Because I will have recovered from an operation during the course I know I will cease Illness benefit but this means I would not qualify for JB as I will be on a fulltime course. I am right in thinking this?

Once you stated Vtos then your payment would have no longer been illness benefit, so no it wont be stopped until you finish the course then you need to go to the social welfare and apply for Job seekers
