Gas Boiler Exhaust Pipe

The exhaust pipe that leads out of the Gas boiler through the wall to outside the apt is not sealed. There is a gap large enough to let cold air back in. What is the best way to seal this pipe?

    Thanks.

You MUST call in a RGI. This is a must. Do NOT fire the boiler until this is corrected. You will have leaking products of combustion, i.e. carbon monoxide. There maybe other issues that you cannot identify whereas your RGI will.

What do you mean its not sealed.

Do you mean there is a gap where the flu meets the wall or do you mean the flu is disconnected from the boiler.

    Can you take a photo.

    As joey say's clarification!!!!
If the flue is not connected correctly STOP using the appliance until it is rectified.
If it's just a gap between the flue and the wall allowing air in, heat resistant expanding foam will correct this.

Possibly he means that the hole in the wall is wider than the pipe?
