Online check in for multiple flights/airlines

Hi all. Silly question but I have a flight coming up soon that I booked on e-bookers. Its from Dublin - Amsterdam with Aer Lingus, and then onto Narita with KLM.

The return flight 12 days later is from NRT - Paris with Air France, then back to Dublin with Air France City Jet

When checking in online, does it matter which website I use? I assume just using the KLM site will print my tickets for both the Dublin - AMS and the AMS - NRT route. Or will I have to do this seperately?

Im just a small bit confused is all seeing as I only have 1 reservation number.

Hmm, I'm not sure as I've not used ebookers. I booked through with BA to the US last summer - three flights (to get there) and three airlines, Aer Lingus BA & AA on one ticket. I was able to print boarding cards for the first two flights and had to check in again for the final part when I reached Chicago. I was OK once I had the relevant documentation. I went to the relevant airline desk at each stage, didn't keep having to go back to BA all the time or anything.

Might be worth giving ebookers a shout. A few FAQ pages if you do a web search for 'ebookers check in'.

You should be able to do it all on KLM.com, for both segments. KLM/AF are the same company/use the same system so on the way back, you can use the Air France site if you wish but it shouldn't matter which you use.
