protein shakes

    hi all,

    got 2 weak legs due to an accident a while back. as part of my physio/recovery I go to the gym regularly pulling weights for my leg muscles.

    I was thinking of trying one of these protein shakes to try and build up the muscles a bit.

    im 6ft 12stone nice and slim

    what type of shake would suit me or are they all the same

    I drink 1l of milk everyday at the min and thats pretty much it with regard to protein
