Painful lower legs while running

Hey - Would love opinions on this please :)

I have started to get a bit healthier recently, I have been mainly running on the treadmill. My heart rate is great, I don't feel out of breath at all anymore which is great, but my main problem is my lower legs. The lower leg/achilles area gets very very sore while I run, and I get big red blotches. They are not itchy, it looks rash like, but doesn't hurt to touch. Sometimes the area gets numb, and I honestly feel like both sides of my legs will break. I've changed my runners twice now, and still no improvement, it's really stopping me from pushing harder in the gym. :( Any advice?

No medical advice allowed, I'm afraid. Your best call would be to see a sports physio and/or get proper gait analysis and proper shoes.

And never train through 'my legs will break' kind of pain.
