Hi. First time posting here and please excuse my english :)

Problem: My friend has old standard sky box + card with UK sub. He wants to keep the sub. because somebody over there is paying for it (some well off family member)
What we want to do is to upgrade box to Irish HD one in Ireland :). I have spare box already. Upgraded Irish boxes before no problem, just rang up sky to pair the card with the box and done.
Q: Is there any way to pair the card without ringing them?

    Thanks very much in advance!!
    Indrek

Block your phone number and pretend to be ringing from the UK address..

Does it work, have you heard that somebody has done it? And does it has to be sub. holder?
And thanks for super quick answer.

I've done it from here with a UK ftw card, they just ask you for the card and box number and the name and address where the card is issued..

Okay, what you're discussing is how to break Sky's T&Cs and that is not allowed here.
